As a seasoned Retail Manager and Team Leader I have successfully ran businesses from $1.5 to $7.0 Million in annual revenue. I do much more than sell and stock the sales floor as a Store Manager. I am looking to utilize my skills with computers, Human Resource experience, operations, training and customer service to transition to a position outside the Retail Industry. I am currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting to further my skills and make the changes I desire for the future. Recruit, interview, hire and successfully train all associates and management staff.

Ensure all paperwork such as I-9's are filled out correctly and submitted to corporate in a timely manner.
