Limited Brands, Inc., Columbus, Ohio 1996 to 2013

CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER MANAGER (2008 Present)

Responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating the Crisis Management Response Protocol for approximately 3,000 stores, eight distribution centers, one call center, three NY offices and twelve international offices. This included fires, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, explosions, terrorist acts, associate safety, disaster recovery program, etc.

Managed the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) that handles over 220,000 calls per year, directing coordinating all emergency and/or crisis events as well as maintained a 98% customer satisfaction rating.

Developed and implemented a customer service training program for the EOC Representatives to become more effective in handling the various incidents associated with stores/field issues.

Coordinated the implementation of computer software that allowed the EOC to store information on all company real estate interests and subsequently respond more effectively to crisis and/or emergency events.

Implemented an emergency notification system that resulted in increased effectiveness in sending communications to associates during crisis and/or emergency events.

Developed and implemented a stores call automated reporting system which resulted in an annual savings of over 3,100 hours for the stores to utilize the time on the selling floor to increase sales and reduce shrinkage.

GLOBAL SECURITY MANAGER (2007 2008)

Responsible for supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of the security and safety programs for approximately 1,600 Limited Brands associates who traveled internationally or worked at our global offices.

Implemented a global monitoring program for all associates who traveled internationally, allowing the EOC to respond quickly to associates safety concerns.

DIRECTOR, OF ENTERPRISE BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND PANDEMIC PLANNING (2007)

Responsible for directing, developing and implementing Business Continuity and Pandemic Planning programs for approximately 3,000 stores and over twenty distribution centers, domestics and international offices.

Assisted with developing and implementing the companys Pandemic Plan Business Continuity Plan which allowed the businesses to become more effective in reducing/eliminating pandemic issues.

DIRECTOR, Loss Prevention/Safety Svcs/Facilities/Victorias Secret Direct Crisis Management (2003 2007)

Responsible for directing, developing and implementing loss prevention and safety programs for Victorias Secret Direct, two client contact centers, seven distribution centers, nine New York Design offices and an Emergency Operations Center. Also responsible for approximately 117 Safety Services associates to insure professional standards were maintained.

Developed and implemented the companys Crisis Management Response Protocol manual which allowed the company to respond more effectively to crisis or emergency situations.

Coordinated the development of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) by consolidating seven Security Operations Centers into one EOC, resulting in an annual savings of $750,000 in payroll.

Developed and implemented the Stores Emergency Procedure Guidelines manual which provided the stores specific guidelines to follow in handling security and safety related issues.

Developed and implemented a Workplace Violence Awareness Program for all distribution centers, home offices, stores, call centers and New York offices, which resulting in the businesses becoming more effective in proactively addressing workplace violence issues.

DIRECTOR OF LOSS PREVENTION, Victorias Secret Direct (1996 2003)

Responsible for directing, developing and implementing loss prevention and safety programs for one 750,000 square foot distribution center, two call centers and one NY Design office.

Developed implemented a shrinkage awareness program for the distribution center which resulted

in increased associate awareness and reduced shrinkage from .53% to .35% to sales.

Implemented an annual safety event focused on increasing associate safety awareness and improving

the relationship between associates and Loss Prevention/Safety Department.
