Transportation/Logistics Chief for the Afghanistan Justice Sector Support Program. Responsible for providing logistics support to over 300 lawyers advisors countrywide to include procuring, receiving and shipping administrative supplies and law books to Afghan students attending eight week long Law classes. Manages a 98 armored vehicle fleet, fuel, food supplies, generator maintenance and general upkeep of facilities. Coordinated the $2.6M purchase, air delivery from Dubai, released from Afghan Customs and registration of 25 new armored Land Cruisers and local purchase and delivery of seven mini busses valued at $189K. In addition manifest on Department of State owned aircraft all inter country cargo and personnel flights and maintain and account for all property countrywide and receive and process invoices in the PAE-JSSP finance and accounting system.
DynCorp International, Afghanistan 07/2009- 01/2011
Site Manager, responsible for planning, coordinating and executing logistics support functions for the Kunduz Regional Training Center (RTC) supporting approximately 120 DynCorp employees, 51 Afghan Instructors, 20 US military and over 800 Afghan National Police Students. Thoroughly analyzed requirements supervised 47 personnel and teamed with US and German military counterparts in providing logistics support to the RTC. Executed site operations to include; vehicle, generator, and facilities maintenance, as well as insured necessary supplies and resources were available to sustain operations. Formulated and implemented exercise and real world force bed down including, supply, fuel transportation, aircraft and munitions maintenance and related logistics activities. Determined and integrated force and equipment logistical requirements for contingency, humanitarian relief and noncombatant evacuation operations.

Coordinated logistics activities throughout the United Kingdom, northern Europe and sub-Saharan Africa to ensure wartime and contingency support were met. Led HQs staff of 51 military and civilian personnel in 28 specialties in developing policy and procedures for aircraft maintenance, transportation, munitions, supply, logistics plans, services, contracting, civil engineering and fuels.
* Coordinated maintenance recovery teams for repair of broken USAFE and Air Combat Command aircraft enroot to and from Iraq and Afghanistan minimizing downtime and returning valuable resources to the war fighters.
* Led 1400 US and South African participants at two geographically separated bases in the largest medical exercise of its kind in history. Renovated three remote clinics provided critical medical care to 6,600 patients and over 4,000 lbs. of supplies to a remote village of 95,000 people.

Commander 33d Maintenance Group, Eglin AFB 04/2001 - 06/2003
Led fighter wing group comprised of 3 squadrons and over 1,400 personnel to meet worldwide contingencies in employment of 54 F-15C/D model aircraft valued at over $2.2 billion. Responsible for all aircraft maintenance, intermediated level maintenance, maintenance training, logistics planning, supply, transportation and manages a budget of $93 million. Established and implemented comprehensive policy for wing personnel and equipment mobilization. Negotiated host-tenant agreements and directed wing facility maintenance and the wing self help and civil engineering programs
* As a result of the 9/11 terrorist attacks directed the maintenance preparation and flawless launch of combat air patrols to protect vital US cities, and the President of the United States of America. Deployed 12 F-15C model aircraft, 270 personnel and 310 plus tons of cargo, directly contributing to 248 combat sorties flown in the Iraqi war.
* Transformed one of the worst maintenance training programs in Air Combat Command (ACC) to one of the best. Reduced over 300 overdue training requirements to just 27. Improved the F-15 aircraft fleet health. Every single metric used by ACC to track maintenance performance improved, several to 8 yr. highs and two were best ever recorded by the wing and best in the command.
Chief, Conventional & Nuclear Weapons Division, HQ USAFE, Ramstein AB GE 05/1999 - 04/2001
Established and implemented policy for all munitions related functions regarding storing, handling and maintaining the command`s $3 billion munitions and associated equipment stockpile. Implemented the Air Force`s Global Munitions Asset Positing program including; command asset distribution, retrograde, maintenance and storage facilities, equipment, and manpower requirements. Directed the command`s nuclear weapons programs to include; nuclear oversight, the staff assistance program and $480 million weapons storage and security system. Functional Manager for 2,600 munitions personnel.
* Coordinated the first ever MULTIMODAL movement of 72M pounds of munitions by ship, truck and train to from the US to Europe in support of Operation Allied Force
* Established the Command`s munitions positioning strategy by placing the bulk of the munitions stockpile in strategically located hubs to capitalize on their transportation infrastructure to facilitate the rapid and MULTIMODAL movement to the warfighter.

Assisted the group commander in guiding six squadrons comprising of over 1,600 military and civilian personnel in providing logistics support to the 4 Fighter Wing and 916 Air Refueling Wing. Managed a $42 million annual budget, $78 million supply stock fund, $80 million aviation fuels fund, $322 million supply inventory, and contractual obligations of $70 million for construction, services and commodities. Superbly managed a fleet of 1,850 vehicles and arranged transportation services for the movement of 6,000 tons of cargo and 5,500 passengers annually. Provided combined logistics support for 92 F-15E model fighter aircraft and 10 KC-135 air refueling aircraft.
Commander, 18 Munitions Squadron/Chief of Maintenance 67 FS, Kadena AB JA 05/1995 - 04/1997
Managed the Air Force`s largest munitions activity. Managed the efforts of 500 munitions experts operating 475 facilities on over 6,500 acres to inspect, maintain, renovate, and demilitarize WRM munitions for the entire Pacific Theater. Provided munitions to the 18th Wing, PACAF units and all US services throughout the Pacific Theater. Revised infrastructure to transition from shipping munitions using pallets to commercial standard containers. Built concrete pads to facilitate the loading and rapid and efficient MULTIMODAL transport of munitions to all US Air Force bases in Korea, Japan and PACIFIC Islands. Led efforts in maintaining 18 F-15C/D model fighter aircraft valued at over $600 million. Maintained and fabricated parts for 81 F-111F aircraft and maintained 5,500 pieces of flight line support equipment. Stored, maintained, and delivered to the flight line 5,500 tons of conventional munitions, related hardware and tactical weapons. During Desert Storm unified the efforts of 500 personnel from 20 specialties into a cohesive combat organization. Ensured over 13 million pounds of munitions were received, inspected and stored for use during combat operations. Efforts resulted in 3,292 combat sorties, over 5,500 bombs expended to include the first two GBU 28 -bunker busters- used in combat, valued at over $94M with a release reliability rate of 95%. Accomplishments earned the Bronze Star and subsequent award of -Best Munitions Officer in the Air Force in 1991-
