Hard working Baker/ Other (Scranton, Pa)
While in high school, I went to Vo-tech for Culinary Arts. During my Junior year, the teacher's assistant stopped working for the school so I was asked to take his place. That is when I decided that I loved baking. After high school, I continued to make a career as a baker (even though I showed manager skills) at Krispy Kreme for 2 1/2 years. During my last 2 months there, I started working at a family owned bakery known as Roscioli's. After working there for another 2 years, I stopped baking. I was about 27 when I left there. I would like to pursue my career as a baker but now I am on disability due to mental illnesses. I really need a part time job (preferably "under the table").
My job does not need to be in the baking field. I also worked as an overnight stock man at WalMart for about 2 years, and on the loading dock at The Men's Warehouse.
I am a very hard worker who improves in time. I may start off a little slow but, if given the chance, I always show improvement. I am willing to work any shift, and I am very punctual.
Finally, I do own a car so I can travel if needed. I am single with no kids but I do own a dog so I have some responsibilities.
