$150M+ manufacturer of ceramic wall and floor tile as well as mosaics, natural stone, and porcelain products.

VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & MARKETING (2000 to 2005)

Direct report to President/CEO. Led 12 sales representative and six marketing personnel responsible for managing and developing network encompassing 200+ independent distributor locations and 35 company-owned branches. Planned and managed annual marketing budget and oversaw pricing, channel strategy, profit margin and sales management activities.

Instrumental in facilitating two seamless acquisitions, first by Illinois Tools Works (ITW) and then by Milestone Capital Partners. Developed in-depth knowledge of M&A activities, ebitda, and ratios.
