Operations Officer onboard various Naval Platforms (2001- 2006)
As Operation warfare officer onboard ship undertook execution of day to day activities and allocation of resources
(Men and material) for optimum utilisation of men, machine and weapons systems thereby ensuring safety of ship
out at sea and harbour.
Making and Implementation of Standard Operating procedures for various operations at sea which involves men
and machine integration, thereby preventing accidents and to achieve best results.

Divisional Officer for 50 Sailors (Subordinates).Being team leader motivated the crew to perform under stressful

Staff Officer (Operations) Project Seabird Karwar (2011-Tilldate)

Planning and Implementation of security measures at project area and naval base within limited resources and also

Staff Officer (Operations) INS Chilka & Naval Officer in Charge Orissa (2010 -11)
Officer in Charge (Operations) coordinated day to day activities. Also instrumental in forecasting and
infrastructure planning of the organisation.
As Operations Officer for Naval officer in Charge (Orissa) planned and executed strategic plans for coastal
security along the Coast of Orissa in close coordination with state level and Para military forces.
Undertook Planning and training of CISF personnel on coastal security, boat handling and counter maritime

Canteen Officer INS Chilka (2010 11)
Instrumental in the commissioning of new unit run canteen in the base and o verall in charge of the same (grocery
and liquor) section.
Undertook implementation of SOP s for procurement and distribut ion, which include storekeeping, procurement
from CSD and auditing.
Introduce innovative measures such as display and demo of consumer goods ( fridge, TV etc) during festive season
by renowned companies ie godreg,LG etc. there by increasing customer satisfa ction.
Implemented CIMS system with 10 nodes in the canteen to bring down queuing.
Training Officer First training Squadron (Cadets Training Ship) (2007- 2009)
Responsible for planning and implementation of training programme for 600 officer cadets from National
Defence Academy and Naval academy.
As training coordinator undertook planning and execution of course activities which include imparting of
professional knowledge, development of communication skills and team dynamics to transform young cadets
to future officers of Indian Navy.

Shouldered responsibility for vendor identification and supply of training equipments such as maritime books and
