multi-industry portfolio of business operations. Real estate portfolio had a capitalized value of over

$200 million.

Structured and negotiated a $20 million + tax credit deal which substantially rehabilitated 435 moderate

income housing units.

Obtained financing for all acquisitions and replacement/rehab debt utilizing FHA, FNMA, conduit, and

other financing sources. Total mortgage debt obtained during 1999 and 2000 exceeded $86 million

relating to the acquisition, refinance, and rehab of eight properties. Obtained the largest loan ever

placed by VHDA ($22.4 million) to finance the rehab of a 426 unit apartment complex in Charlottesville,

Va.

Underwrote & performed feasibility analyses on every potential business or real estate acquisition.

Asset Managed several properties during rehab and successful repositioning.

Contested real estate tax assessments resulting in over $120,000 in annual savings.

Established a master insurance policy resulting in over $110,902 (25%) in annual premium savings.
