SUMMARY Electrical engineer, with a power and telecommunication background. I have 23 years of

experience with projects and constructions in the civil, mechanical and electrical engineering

fields. I have built subways, roads, bridges, rain drainage systems, sewage collecting systems,

sewage collecting systems, water treatment systems, extra-high voltage power transmission

lines, substations, hydroelectric power plants, gas turbine power plants, concrete batch

plants, fire protection systems, and some other projects. I have around 7 years of developing

hardware for automation and control of plants, engines, motors, houses. Adding to this, I

have a good expertise in telecommunication systems and equipments and have developed

routers and modems for various uses. Test equipments for E1 and T1 lines are also among

the projects that I have developed. On the logistic part, a smart vehicle tracking device was

also developed by my company, using GSM and GPRS solution. With all of these projects, I

have developed an excellent communication skill with our clients, becoming a very efficient

sales person. In between the construction period and the hardware period, Ive spent 7 years

at the Brazilian senate, working with an also electrical engineer senator, assisting him on his
