neuro-rehabilitation. I have experience from the onset of an emergency, through

hospitalization to long term care. Outside of my hospital experiences I successfully

managed the long term medical care of my child post MVA, resulting in TBI, from age 7

to adult.

2006-Present

Elementary School Nurse Greece Central School District, Rochester, NY

The health office provides health care to 800 plus students and 100 plus adults on a daily

basis. I provide health screening, as directed by NYS, for pre-k to 5th graders,

approximately 600 per year. I ensure that the medical needs of our students are

understood in their educational settings. I collaborate with family, teachers and health

care providers to provide health care and education in school.

1992-Present

Pediatric TBI Fairport, NY

My son (age 7) was a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in 1992. His injuries included a

severe closed head injury (TBI). He was in a coma for several weeks of the initial 8 week

hospitalization. He was unable to move, walk, talk or feed himself. I was told he would

be in a vegetative state his entire life. He was transferred to a neuro-rehabilitation center

for further treatment. We returned to home 6 months after his injury to start the long road

to recovery. Now as an adult he lives on his own, drives a vehicle and has a job.

2006-Present

Medstaff Webster, NY

This agency provides nursing services to physician s offices and schools on a per diem

basis. This agency also provides the nursing staff for Camp Haccamo in the summer

months. Camp Haccamo is a camp for disabled individuals ages 12-30.

1993-1995

Ambulatory Procedure Center Rochester General Hospital, NY

This area is a gastro- intestinal suite performing endoscopy-colonoscopy procedures on

an outpatient basis. As a registered nurse I worked in all areas from admission to

discharge. I am trained to give conscious sedation medication, with cardiac observation.

1985-1992

Dr. Martin Jenzer, Office Nurse Rochester, NY

I worked with Dr. Jenzer assisting with the documentation of patient histories. I

performed cardiograms, allergy injections, immunization injection, patient care,

scheduling, and telephone triage.
