Magnuson-Stevens Sustainable Fisheries Act.

Coordinated with Save the Bay, National Resources Defense Council,
and NOAA to ensure passage of the bill.
Produced and co-authored the final report of the commission
and testified before the Massachusetts legislature
in support of similarly introduced legislation.
