I have experience in planning, designing and creating space in an institution of higher education. As
a Facilities Planner for Salisbury University, I insure planning sessions take place on a regular basis
for conducting short and long range space programming. The development of these space programs
are accomplished by working closely with campus leaders, faculty, staff and students. I am also
responsible for maintaining, reporting and revising the space inventory system. I have created space
request forms and space policy guidelines for Salisbury University. These forms and policies assist
the university in making well informed decisions on the best use of space on campus. I also have a
strong background in construction and design which enables me to plan and design space for
academic programs that are efficient and have minimal error.
Over my career I have either been responsible for the oversight or involved in all aspects of the
duties of the advertised position of Director of the Office of Space Management. I am a proven
