primary duties included working with plastic injection molding
machines from 50 to 300 ton. My job was to make sure the machines
were producing good parts. When a new job came up, I would pull
the mold from the machine, clean-up and remove any left over
material. I would then set the next mold and process the machine to
produce good parts. I worked closely with management and machine
operators and delegated duties when necessary.

At Moen Inc, I was also a mold technician. My duties
included working with plastic injection molding machines, from
50 to 300 ton. I pulled and set molds in the machines, making sure
the machines were producing good parts, change material when
necessary and make adjustments to the machines to produce good
quality parts. I was forklift certified, so my job also included driving
a forklift on a daily basis. I also assisted with breaks for the machine
operators and did quality control.

At Norgren, I started working in the assembly area, putting
together pneumatic filters, lubricators and regulators. The next 3
years I worked in the injection molding department, working with
30 to 300 ton injection molding machines. I pulled and set molds in
the machines and made sure the machines were producing good,
quality parts. After that, I job bid into a machinist position where my
job included, boring, milling, drilling and tapping die cast parts as
well as visual and measured inspections. At Norgren I obtained
certifications for basic measuring, basic blueprint reading, basic
SPC, visual inspection and forklift certification.
