Receptionist- Managed a switchboard for over 80 employees at a high end trade association. Organized and managed 13 different meeting rooms for non-profit events and in-house meetings. Due to my vast knowledge with computers, I created Excel spreadsheets for various employees in the office including the Chief Executive Officer. Created a weekly events newsletter and distributed each Friday to all American Gas Association Employees. Greeted all clients, most being Senators, Congressman and different lobbyists, lawyers, and judges. In concurrence with the Facilities Director (my direct supervisor), I also revised the Communications publications budget which saved the company around $2,000.00 a month and created a working spreadsheet to keep track of due dates, as well as various other tasks at the American Gas Association.
