-Collaborated with The Salvation Army and The City of Rockford Mayor’s Office to bring the nCENTER, an educational teen hangout for disadvantaged teens, from concept to completion. -Restructured the nFACTOR (a positive youth movement for local teens) and MYAC groups to develop stronger focus on the teen-to-teen mentoring.

-Partnered with Director of Education and Lifelong Learning to secure approximately $1.2 million in monetary and in-kind donations from community members and tradesmen.

-Supervised volunteers, trade members, and paid staff during extensive building renovation

-Served as liaison between the City of Rockford, The Salvation Army, the nCENTER and any businesses contributing to nCENTER.

-Developed the structure, educational goals, and performance measurements for all nCENTER programs.

-Managed nCENTER operations, including program coordination; the oversight, training, and scheduling of over thirty teen and adult staff members; and marketing and organization of membership of over 600 teens.
