10 years : Registry/Travel RN - Part time on call for RN position hospital staffing at 5 hospitals in Phoenix and the surrounding areas, Nursery/OB, Psych, and Medical/Surgical floors while a construction business Partner, Office Manager, and Estimator. 8.5 years : Full time Charge RN at Desert Samaritan Hospital, Mesa, Arizona in the level 2 Nursery admitting/assessing/ resuscitating and caring for normal, premature and sick neonates, attending all Cesarean Section and high risk deliveries. Parent teaching on infant care and feeding, and breastfeeding. Supervised and assigned CNA's, LPN's, and RN's when Charge on 3-11, and 11-7 shifts. Designed Nurses' Notes sheet, Newborn Admission Assessment Checklist and Care Plan for the nursery. Created and implemented the lower light and noise level protocols for night in the Nursery.

3 years: RN full time at The Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, N.J. Level 2 Nursery. Appointed Charge Nurse for level 2 Nursery 11-7 shift during 1st year as an RN. Resigned due to move to Arizona.

4 years: The Valley Hospital, N.J. Nurses Aide - Float (part time while in College), in ICU, Orthopedics, Medical - Surgical units.

1 year a Feeder and Bedmaker at Dunroven Nursing Home in Creskill, N.J. while in H.S. and attended Vocational school for my CNA
