RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

4 years of research experience in protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions using

biophysical methods

Expert hands-on skills in amide hydrogen/deuterium exchange and mass spectrometry

technique both with MALDI-TOF-MS and LC-ESI-QTOF-MS (Synapt HDMS, Waters)

Extensive experience on in vitro biochemical assays to characterize recombinant proteins

for its activity

Have good experience in recombinant protein purification from bacteria using

chromatographic techniques

Substantial experience in data analysis, documentation and manuscript preparation in the

related field of research
