* Served as Navy Recruiting Public Affairs Inspector/Trainer. Responsible for the inspection/training of every Navy Recruiting District Public Affairs Officer in 41 states (1990 - 1994). Taught a quarterly Public Affairs course at the Navy Recruiting Orientation Unit, Pensacola, FL. Coordinated/Supervised Navy Liaison with local and national Print, Broadcast and Electronic Media. Served as the Navy's Community Relations representative on the Oakland Military Affairs Committee, and as a Public Affairs/Community Relations consultant on the San Francisco Fleet Week Executive Committee. Provided Public Affairs Support for Navy base-closing operations in the San Francisco Bay area.
