Summary
I am currently enrolled at Atlantic Cape Community College. I've completed several baking and pastry classes pertaining to my degree and field of study; which is baking and pastry. I can do run outs; chocolate or royal icing. I can make things out of marzipan. I can ice cakes. I can make different types of breads, with different braids, loaves, rolls. I am familiar with the basic creams and sauces, like Creme Anglaise and Pastry Cream. I can pipe borders on cakes and I can also good at making roses out of rose paste. I know my way around breads; like the techniques and everything, and the mixing methods. Can only work during the day because i attend night classes.
