Site Supervisor - Established and supervised the bed down site with a crew of 15 mechanics, GSE, supply, quality assurance, sheet metal, and mechanic helpers; Maintained safety and training of all employees; Performed all employee job performance evaluations and daily auto time entries and audits; Accomplished daily reporting of aircraft status on four C-27J Spartans to the program manager and key government contracting office personnel; Liaison for L-3 Vertex Aerospace to key Air National Guard personnel; Worked directly with the wing commander of the 135th airlift command, pilots, and the government representing officer on all daily sorties, parts and supply, maintenance performed, and aircraft availability; Organized, streamlined, and formulated an aggressive pre-deployment work up schedule to train flight crews, loadmasters, and key personnel for the deployment of the 135th airlift command to Kandahar Afghanistan in support of ongoing operations in theater.

Aircraft Mechanic - Responsibilities included formulating daily and weekly inspection requirements for four C-27J Spartans; Projecting daily all aircraft data from previous sorties; Performing and monitoring daily Airworthiness release signoffs, along with weekly and monthly audits of Air force forms 781`s for proper turn over to the customer ; Interrogating and extrapolating all data from onboard mission computers for crew debrief and for any and all maintenance related issues; Implemented, monitored, and made certain that all employees were organized, proficient, and had the necessary tools, parts, and support equipment to be successful, safe, and on time for our customer.
