* Led three groups of field coordinators to set Corporate performance records during the system

upgrade work in Cleveland, Milwaukee and Oklahoma City.

* Co-Founded a Marketing/Consulting company which sold three cellular systems, acquired a

software billing company, secured the entire marketing department from another company and

sold over $15M worth of cellular related products in the first two years after start-up.

* Reduced capital expenditures in excess of $1M on several projects.

Project Management/System Implementation

* Managed the engineering department and multiple sub-contractors necessary to build a

wireless communications system having over 150 transmitter sites for Bell South in Florida.

* Facilitated the transfer of equipment engineering expertise to local Venezuelan engineers

allowing for an expedited cellular system deployment and a high capacity microwave backbone system while acting as an advisor for BellSouth International.

* Directed the efforts of a program management group to develop a model capable of forecasting

the time, dollars and resources necessary to build mobile telephone systems in over 300 cities.

* Managed a group of field coordinators and multiple contractors involved in the implementation

of 125 new PCS sites. My responsibilities included the management of several site acquisition

personnel and the efforts required to lease or purchase these new properties plus the site

construction and turn-up. I reported to the Director level in the client`s corporate office about

once a month.

Organizational Development

* Developed, coordinated and executed a plan to set up a separate subsidiary for Mobile Systems

International.

* Established a regional equipment engineering team for AT&T in Chicago.

* Created a centralized engineering group in New Jersey for AT&T and then subsequent to the

divestiture of the Bell System, assisted in the formation of a new company for Bell Atlantic

Mobile Systems.
