2006-2012: Project Safety Manager / Project Geologist, Insight Environmental, Engineering and Construction, Inc., Anaheim, CA. Developed APP/SSHP/AHA for environmental site characterization and remedial actions at sites with impacted soil and groundwater. Conducted site safety audits, accident investigations, monitored personnel Cal-OSHA safety training requirements and maintained personnel safety training compliance and records. Researched and developed a library of daily tailgate safety training topics for distribution to site managers and site safety officers.

2004-2006: Project Geologist, North Shore Engineering, Inc., Scottsdale, AZ. Project and Technical Lead for site characterizations, investigations, and remediation at fuel service stations, oversight of pump and treat O&M duties and scheduled reporting. Associate in design and supervised installation of air sparging/soil vapor extraction groundwater treatment systems and supervised O&M and completed project reporting.

2001-2004: Project Manager/Geologist, Environmental Technology Group, Hobbs, NM. Project supervision and agency negotiation of site characterization and closure activities, design, installation, and maintenance of free-phase product recovery systems, and soil remedial actions according to New Mexico Oil Conservation Division guidelines. Prepared and implemented Stage 1 and Stage 2 Abatement Plans at sites impacted by pipeline releases of crude oil.

1996-2001: Staff Geologist, Carter & Burgess, Inc., Houston, TX. Conducted Phase I and Phase II ESAs on undeveloped properties, commercial developments, residential developments, and public lands. Installed groundwater monitoring and recovery wells at CERCLA, RCRA, and state lead sites in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Colorado, and Arizona. Installed, maintained, and modified groundwater pump and treat systems at UST and chlorinated solvent sites in Texas. Conducted all activities associated with remediation

system O&M, quarterly groundwater sampling, preparation of quarterly and annual groundwater monitoring reports to agency leads, and NPDES sampling and reporting.

1993-1995: Staff Geologist, Industrial Compliance, Houston, TX. Conducted Phase I and Phase II ESAs on Southern Pacific Railroad facilities and properties. Performed groundwater monitoring and soil sampling on operating railroad facilities and also conducted oversight and sampling activities at UST removal sites.
