SMS Energy is looking for Customer Service Professionals with EXPERIENCE IN DEREGULATION, have a great attitude and professional demeanor. Deregulated energy is one of the fastest growing industries in the U.S. and SMS Energy is aligned with the largest suppliers the industry has to offer. Customers that choose to have their utility company provide gas and electricity from an alternative supplier will continue to receive their monthly bill from their local utility at a discounted rate, without a disruption in service. This is a free service so you are not selling the customer anything.

Promote customer understanding of energy deregulation

Process orders for an alternative energy supplier

Qualifications:

You enjoy talking with people and communicate with impeccable verbal and written skill

You are a quick thinker who can prioritize tasks and easily transition from one task to another

You are detail oriented and stay on top of tasks with ease

You are self-motivated and enjoy being compensated for your individual efforts

You are extremely dependable

Additional Information:

Schedules are flexible and consist of shifts from 10am-3pm or 4pm-9pm Monday through Thursday, 10am-5pm Friday, and 10am-3pm Saturdays.

As a Representative, you must have your own computer, internet connection, headset and a quiet work environment. You will be working as part of team from your own home

Realistic Salary $300-$500 a week based on a 25-32 hour work week
