Qualifications
I am good at managing people I am persistent and able to achieve most anything I set my mind to do. I believe in doing things right. I also can adapt to change and am very versatile. I am a hard worker, I like to stay busy. I like for things to stimulate my thinking process.. I like working with the public. I also have wonderful communication skills.
I also have computer, copier and fax skills. I have attended and successfully completed several problem solving workshops. I have had training on excel 2003 . I have had some experience with excel 2007. I have worked with Mocha and BPIX. I am familiar with how ODL and the CORE system work. I am also and Internal auditor for ISO/TS 16949-2009. I have had several management skills building classes, I am straight forward, honest and known for getting things done. I have the ability to learn fast and train efficiently.

I have earned a diploma as a medical office assistant from an international correspondence school.
Relevant Experience
1998-2002 I was a supervisor for Ruby Tuesday. I was on the opening team for that store and worked my way up to management. I ran the store opened, closed, inventoried, ordered, stocked, planed and scheduled cleaning program called the sparkle program this kept the store clean from top to bottom. 2003-2004 I was a supervisor at Outdoor Venture Corp.
I was over a night shift crew that successfully produced army tents.
I was over the temper line and floor line on second shift.
My job was to stimulate people to do the very best quality of work with in a productive time frame.

2006-2012 I hired in at UGN as a team member and soon advanced to team leader. I worked over the Nissan Altima lines, we made carpet for the Altimas. I started a rotation on line two in December I felt this would be and asset to the
team members as well as for the company. It was important for ergonomic reasons and it did benefit the company. I also cross trained my shift to cover absences. In January 2007 I was promoted to coordinator. I was placed over C shift, I coordinated the teams on the Nissan and Toyota lines. I motivated the team members to work to the best of their ability. I can stand back and look at a process and come up with ideas on how it could be better. I have the ability to think out of the box. I have successfully completed the course of internal auditor for ISO/TS 16949:2009 . I am skilled with office equipment and computer programs. Such as Mocha, BPIX, and systems such as ODL and Core
