Leadership Skills: Able to step into other roles as needed with little notice, while still carrying on in my

Communication Skills: Managing and instructing experience for American Red Cross Disaster Action

Teams and Disaster Services personnel, all branches of US Military staff for briefings and Greeting patients

and support staff; including new and established patients in a first person position have provided me the

opportunity to keep this skill at a more than efficient level.

Problem Solving Skills: Able to multitask and think on my feet in stressful or less than convenient

situations while staying on task and not allowing it to effect daily work flow-e.g.: Had a patient pass away

in clinic and a few other times when a patients were in need of urgent or immediate care while still

providing service to others who would be effected by the inconvenience, while making it as seamless as

possible so as to lessen the impact to those waiting while resolving the ongoing situation quickly and

efficiently.

Office Management Skills: Have had several jobs at one time, and others that started as core specific but

become multiple or changed entirely midstream-E.g.: Medical Records tech turned to Billing Office

Manager-Kratos Fire watch started as Fire watch on naval vessels including submarines, and turned into

HR Manager offsite, managing 2 government and 1 civilian warehouses.

Organizational Skills: Working 3 jobs and volunteering as a Disaster Action Team Captain Leader, I was

required to lead multiple exercises and maintain back up reserve for ongoing -actual- crisis issues while

participating on a volunteer level in a specific area of expertise. Also managed to raise two children who

were home schooled grades 9-12.

Conflict Management Skills: Able to lead follow or get out of the way. As needed.

Language Skills: English speaking only, limited (very little-few words only) - Arabic-Spanish- Hawaiian
