Daily nursing routine consisted of; accurately dispensing and recording medications given to residents; update med change, d/c orders from the physician, ordered and picked up medication, pre-packed med-sets, medication education, daily accuchecks, administered injections (insulin). Initiated and assisted with physical and occupational therapy, monitored resident's progress, and reported changes to the medical team.
