Summary

Senior level Director with more than 20 years experience as a generalist in human resources. 12 years of human resource management and executive team leadership with Energy Systems Group (ESG) which expanded revenues and headcount by more than 350%. During this period, ESG employee base grew from 55 to 250 employees, opened 10 branch offices and five energy operations centers in the U.S. As a key member of the executive team, my position had direct involvement in the hiring process of every employee.
