I reported to the President of an art education publication company. Duties included: routine administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements and meetings which included recording notes to produce minutes for all company meetings. I was responsible for the President's calendar scheduling all his meetings, appointments, traveling, and conferences. I developed filing system for all printed material produced by the Marketing Department. I assisted Upper Management with any of their miscellaneous needs: typing, filing, etc. I also assisted the Marketing Department in various aspects, from arranging our booths for trade shows across the country and traveling with the Marketing Department to work in the booths, while making all the travel and hotel reservations for staff. I also worked closely with the Accounting Department procuring health insurance for staff and recording staff's attendance/vacation.

My duties included: routine administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements for international trips for the Director and his business colleagues, as well as arranging meetings and visits with international customers. I developed schedules and itineraries for all parties traveling. I also produced monthly reports for production, loss and earnings.
