Senior Analyst, Revenue Assurance 2006 to 2012

Responsible for monitoring and processing weekly switch-to-bill processing of more than 90 individual network audits. Created, processed and implemented SQL-based billing system audits to prevent revenue leakage and improve customer experience. Assisted with billing conversion activities and subsequent network element cleanup. Provided financial and billing system analyses and reports to varied BSO organizations.

Major Achievements:

* Created and implemented a robust end-to-end Revenue Assurance automation tool with a 3rd party vendor to further ensure prevention and mitigation of lost revenue estimated at $3M in year one

* Served as RA lead on data roaming projects by validating test calls in Syniverse (using Analyzer tool)

* Developed and implemented SQL-based audits to mitigate existing risks and gaps found in existing business processes to prevent revenue leakage from occurring

* Served as Revenue Assurance sub-plan owner for all data product projects to identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks

* Created a process to identify and align Alltel accounts on data plans with VZW billing system parameters prior to major conversions

* Identified and led correction efforts of $250K/month revenue leakage incident related to Prepaid BREW activity

* Assisted with developing and implementing an ATT credit balance transfer process to migrate $3.5M in account credits from VII to corresponding ATT accounts

* Directly responsible for monitoring and evaluating usage, revenue and fallout for all data products contributing to an annual revenue stream of more than $150M (2008)
