My names Jeff. I just moved down to the area and have found it hard to find work. I have done a little bit of everything. I have about 5 years of restaurant management experience including time as a General Manager of a full service family restaurant. I have worked in all aspects of the restaurant from cooking to bartending to washing dishes. I also have experience in sales including retail and outside sales. I have done work in construction and automotive work. I am looking for anything right now as I cant seem to come across much work here. I have pasted my resume below to review.

Started with Janna Maria's as a dish washer. Within the first month I was promoted to Pizza chef. I had a great sense of urgency and work quality along with great interaction with guests which was recognized so I was asked to also work as a host, bartender, server and food runner. I was in charge of cash handling in the pizzeria, host stand and behind the bar. As a Pizzeria employee I was in charge of product quality and inventory along with guest satisfaction. As a bar tender I learned the specialty drinks and made sure that every guest felt welcomed and wanted to stay. As a host I was the first face seen so I displayed a friendly attitude and smile and ensured the guest were comfortable where they were seated. In the food runner position I had to ensure that plate presentation was correct and that all tickets were completed before food was delivered to the table. As a server I up-selled to increase my check average and made sure that all orders were entered into the POS correctly so the guests got exactly what they ordered. I also was responsible for miscellaneous tasks around the restaurant such as putting away orders, stringing up decorative lights and making runs to the store to purchase supplies.
