Seeking Part Time Holistic work (Riverside CA)

Greetings,

My name is Jessa, I am seeking part time work during the week Monday -Friday mornings/afternoons and occasional weekends as needed.

Areas of Holistic Service

*In Home Yoga-Mediation/balance Fitness workouts strength flexibility - for single, small group, social gathering and families

* Support transition for becoming a Clean Eater - Organic or just avoiding processed foods Understanding and education about GMO ~ food that is genetically modified (go shopping together)

*Simple smoothie and meal prep's

*Prepare healthy meat/wheat/gluten free meals~ light amount of sauces and seasons so that you can really taste and feel Natural goodness of your food

*Home Energy cleaning Sage, incense and prayer offerings

*Energy Work for humans and animals

* Basic Hospice support - NOT care giving or Nursing duties

General Domestic Services/skills

* Dog walking-pet sitting at your place

*Light house cleaning duties

*House sitting/ simple plant care
