– Organized and monitored online content for the department website.

Service learning public relations course and internship program, fall 2011.

– Directed communication consulting for Friends of the Watauga County Public Library, a non-profit organization in Boone, N.C.

Leadership and Community Engagement

Semester of study abroad in Chile through Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, fall 2012 – present.

– Completed a full semester of language, Chilean culture and history courses taught in Spanish. This experience also included participating in cultural awareness presentations and celebrations such as International Student Day.
