and instructors to work offline as needed), performance-based navigation,

contextual note-taking, progress tracking, and integration with learning

management systems. Researched the higher education market to identify

needs of distance-learning educators, staff, and students. Conceived

and prototyped the general design of the e-Learning Courseware platform.

Wrote software requirements and co-wrote specifications. Coordinated

development and testing of software through overseas (Russian) programmers.

Specified design requirements for content. Worked with editorial team,

instructional designers, authors, and production staff to develop content.

Created design templates and storyboards for interactive content. Worked

with Editorial and Production groups to define processes and to develop

Developed prototype case-based learning modules and simulation “templates”
