Project Manager for the New Energy Project (January 2011- Current)
Position involves:
Project administration, prepare monthly steering committee meetings, investigate funding opportunities,
grant writing, develop marketing materials (brochure, decals, trade show materials) and social media
presence (Twitter and Facebook). Present for a broad variety of audiences (5-250+ individuals) and engage
them in the project s vision. Represent the project at several local tradeshows, network meetings and
presentations.
Connect, engage and support businesses, individuals and students in the new energy field (renewable
energy, green building, technology, chemistry.)
Increase community engagement (Event on Wolfe Island). Initiated collaboration with local existing initiatives
such as: SWITCH, Hearthmakers Energy Cooperative and Sustainable Kingston.
Self Employed with CDyWeb, Web Design and Development company (January 2010 January 2011)
Assist with start up of the company in Kingston. Responsible for: marketing, account management and
administration, Client Content Management (still ongoing).
Board Member for Kingston Coalition for Active Transportation (September 2010 Current, 2 year term)
Position involves:
Active Transportation Advocate.
Organization of Annual Active Transportation Symposium (March 2011 and March 2012), Part of Workplace
Commuting Project focussing on encouragement of workplace commuting (Queens Campus). Represent KCAT
at Environment, Infrastructure & Transportation Policies (EITP) Committee.

Project Manager and Consultant at Louter Project Management (February 2008- January 2010)
Position involved:
Managed several projects in Cities and Municipalities in the Central and Southern part of The Netherlands
(Cities of Ede, Eindhoven and Municipality of Bladel).
Projects with a financial responsibility between CAD $50.000 and $2 million, including the initial development
of a subdivision (86 units in a Greenfield location), the feasibility study of a state-of-the-art office Space
development and the retrofitting of a former heritage airport building into a restaurant.
Managed project teams, responsible for project administration, preparation and chairing of project meetings
Developed a sustainable vision for the future for the Municipality of Bladel including: extensive research
(survey among 20.000 inhabitants, literature reviews) a public participation process and collaboration with
several internal and external stakeholders government officials and politicians.
Project Manager at Municipality of The Bilt - Utrecht Area (April 2005- January 2008)
Position involved:
Responsible for the project administration and project communication for downtown revitalization project.
