Corporate Loan Originator reporting to the Senior Vice President of Retail Sales. In addition to forward loan production, I closed over 220 Reverse Mortgages in Oregon in past 4.5 years by developing leads through my direct mail marketing program, local advertising and referrals.

Managing Partner Built a successful sales team, recruited from Washington Mutual and local banks, opening a main office and two satellite offices in Oregon and Washington. Fall 1998 in Seattle, WA opened three start-up HLCs in Northwest Washington. Recruited, trained and retained sales managers, loan originators and support staff with up to 25 direct reports. Increased loan production 260% from $25 million in 1989 to $90 million in 1993. Promoted and transferred to Beaverton, OR.

1986 to 1988 Puget Sound Bank/Gibraltar Savings Seattle, Washington

Loan Originator for these two mortgage lenders calling and presenting Adjustable Rate Mortgage products to Realtors and builders. Offered an Assistant Vice President and Sales Manager position

with Washington Mutual Bank when Gibraltar Savings closed their Pacific Northwest operation.

1986 to 1988 Home Savings of America Orange County, California

Loan Agent for one of the nation's largest residential lenders selling Monthly Adjustable Rate Mortgage programs. By effectively communicatibng goals, ideas and concepts to decision-makers in Real Estate franchises, 75 office sales meetings were sponsored and loan products presented resulting in a 100% increase in production from $10 million in 1985 to over $20 million in 1986.
