2002 2012 Supervised numerous large-scale community events with attendance up to 4,000 people.
Worked with staff to develop objectives for each event.
Developed event strategy and timeline.

Recruited an Event Team to oversee major areas of logistics related to the event. Event Teams usually consisted of
6-10 volunteer leaders.
Worked with individual volunteer supervisors to develop plans for their area of responsibility and provided support
and resources required to implement the plan.
Coordinated recruitment and assignment of the volunteer pool required to staff the event. Volunteers required varied
from 25 to 300 people.
Coordinated promotion/marketing campaigns for each event (print and web-based).
Supervised implementation of the event plans from set-up to clean-up.
Conducted post-event meetings to debrief and document suggestions for future events.
2009 2010 Designer/Project Manager for major renovation of the primary meeting facility at Crossroads Church.
Developed the initial design concept for the project.
Recruited and managed the project team which included an architect, a construction supervisor, and an onsite
construction coordinator.

Worked with the construction supervisor to develop the $250,000 construction budget, select various sub-contractors
for the project, and develop the final construction schedule.

The project was completed on schedule and approximately $10,000 under budget.
2004 2009 Manager of a project team that developed a long-term site plan for Crossroads Church.
Recruited and managed the project team which included a lead design architect, an on-site architect, an executive
in property development, and a civil engineer.
Worked with the project team through numerous design iterations to develop the final plan for the 18 acre site. The
final plan included renovation of existing buildings (approximately 75,000 square feet), the addition of approximately
60,000 square feet of new construction, almost tripling the parking lot (from 220 to 600+ spaces), improvement of
access/egress points and on-site traffic flow, and addition of a large community soccer field and gymnasium.
Worked with numerous outside agencies and county representatives on various components of the plan during the
plan development process.
Participated in presentation of the plan to the Nevada County Planning Commission, which unanimously approved
the plan in only one meeting.
2003 - 2012 Supervised development and ongoing management of the website for Crossroads Church
(www.crossroadslive.com).
Worked with staff at Silas Partners (now Trinet Internet Services) to design and implement a new website for
Crossroads Church.
Coordinated all graphic design decisions for the website. Personally designed numerous graphic pieces using Adobe
Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator programs.
Primary writer and editor for all text appearing on the website as well as all printed church materials.
Posted weekly audio files for access by website users.
2003 Supervised major renovation of an onsite church caf and bookstore.
Developed the interior design and floor-plan for the new storefront facility.
Worked with the construction coordinator to select contractors for the project.
Supervised the build-out process.
