Engineering Experience:

I have over 20 years experience in large and small scale engineering projects, including master planning, design and construction coordination. From 8/77 until 3/90, I was President of Haynie and Kallman, Inc. in charge of land development, subdivisions and municipal engineering, which included municipal planning and design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, water pumping stations, storage tanks, water transmission, and wastewater collections systems.

From 1985 to 1989, the firm operated a second office under the name of Haynie, Kallman & Gray, Inc. This corporation specialized in subdivision and municipal engineering projects in the Austin, TX area.

Building Design and Construction Experience:Engineering design, construction and owner of two fourplex multi-family units finanaced under FmHA Rural Housing Program and located in Marble Falls, TX. Engineering design form FmHa multi-family projects in Georgetown, Cedar Park, and Florence, TX.Construction inspection services for both land development related and municipal engineering projects.President of H&K Contractors, Inc. 1985-1986; constructed single and two-story structrues, including a 25,000 sq. ft. office complex; house building and remodeling; metal warehouse building.Third party building inspection service for City of Austin single family construction.Post tension foundation design for selective builders in the Austin area.

Management Experience:

I was the active President of three (3) corporations: Haynie & Kallman, Inc., Haynie, Kallman & Gray, Inc., and H&K Contractors, Inc. I managed the growth of the companies with the hiring of engineers and the expansion of office space and equipment. With the slow down of work in the late 1980's, I was also responsible for the reduction in work force and cost-cutting measures.

Land Development Experience:

Through the association with a Dallas development company, we have located land, provided due diligence for development potential, developed the property which included providing engineering and surveying services and project management service. The development has concentrated on manufactured home subdivisions spread out around the Austin-San Marcos area. (See)
