and/or improperly trained officer candidate handling a weapon in an unsafe

manner. The weapon was proved to have had a mechanical alteration which

disabled the magazine safety device which according to leading industry

Sole contractor, to provide court ordered polygraph examinations to convicted Federal sex

offenders on probation in the Eastern and Western Districts of North Carolina Contracts
