Coordinated proposal development and documentation projects from first Guam and later Hawaii with a worldwide base of associates via the Internet. These globe-spanning efforts reached from Hawaii to Guam, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Ireland, and Los Angeles.
In the first year, won more than $10 Million in contracts for JMTorres Enterprises, Tamuning, Guam. Developed a technical writing arm in India for the same client.
Founding member of the Indian Branch of the Society of Technical Communicators and TWIN (Technical Writers of India). Submitted white papers for TWIN which were read in absentia at TWIN conferences.
