Summary

I am a hardworking, dedicated professional. I am a customer account representative, overseeing many of the accounts for Midland Mortgage based out of Oklahoma. This is a position I excelled at for nearly four years, where I continued to grow as the company grew. My primary responsibilities were data entry, speaking to the client directly over the phone (in this case Midland Mortgage) and overseeing that their homes that had gone into foreclosure were repaired and maintained to HUD standards before they were taken over by HUD. Customer Account Representative

I was in charge of maintaining many homes throughout the country (we hired independent contractors to directly maintain the homes) by ensuring that they were repaired and maintained in a timely manner per HUD guidelines. I did this by examining photos of the homes and reading inspections and repair orders sent by our contractors, then making the necessary decisions on what actions, if any were needed at that moment, to continue maintaining the home before they were taken over by HUD.

* I applied for a team lead position and was accepted. This entailed being second hand to the manager, and having more of a hands on leadership role to the Midland Mortgage team of Client Account Reps than the manager.

* I am experienced in Excel, Microsoft Word, ADP, and other computer applications.

* I took many seminars offered by Safeguard Properties, including areas such as leadership, software usage, security protocols (to protect the confidential data that I was in charge of), and many others.
