Biography
Rick Davis
has over 25 years of experience in product safety, occupational health
and regulatory affairs for the chemical, agricultural and
pharmaceutical industries. He was certified in general toxicology and
has been a Diplomate of The American Board of Toxicology since 1980,
their charter year. His principal areas of expertise include safety
evaluation and risk assessment. His primary goal has been to develop
the means to permit the safe and effective use of products. He also
served as a member and was a key contributor to the activities of
several industry trade associations, including The European Crop
Protection Association Toxicology Expert Group, The Chemical Industry
Council/New Jersey Risk Assessment Task Force, The Formaldehyde
Institute, and The Ethylene Oxide Industry Council, among others. He
also holds an appointment as Adjunct Associate Professor and teaches
online in the Toxicology Program at the University of Medicine &
Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Health Related Professions.
