As Wikipedia definition, Management in all business and human organization activity is simply the act of getting people

together to accomplish desired goals and objectives. Management comprises planning, organizing, staffing, leading or

directing, facilitating and controlling or manipulating an organization (a group of one or more people or entities) or effort

for the purpose of accomplishing a goal. Resourcing encompasses the deployment and manipulation of human

resources, financial resources, technological resources, and natural resources .

From my view, without plan the fail will be the reach point so it key of management to have plan to your business and

have qualified staff that they can processing your plan, they should know what they will do, means responsibilities must

be clear for everyone.

Management have to Monitor the performance step by step to make sure everything is going according to the plan and

when it isn't going according to plan, you need to step in and adjust the plan.

Manager must has a flexible thinking way to solve problems that meet him while doing the plan and this only come with

long and real experience.

I spent last 13 years in managerial position s and can say I know how it is work well. Finally the best what can I say is:

Bad plan with good monitoring will get results, and good plan with weak monitoring will get nothing.
