I was born in 1963 and have been married since 1984 to my wife Kim of 28 years. We have three children and two grandsons.

My wife`s family has been a member of the Florence community for over six generations. In 2006 when my father-in-law became ill my family moved to Florence.

I have spent most of my life traveling for business purposes and am now looking to gain full time employment and make Florence my home.

My son Joseph and his wife Meghan own and operate Irby Auto Sales, in Florence.

Their son (my grandson) Vinny attends Kings Academy and they are very active in Master James`s Tae Kwon Do as well as many other civic and community groups. In addition they have a three year old son, Xander.

My daughter Nicole is a recent graduate of The Veterinarian Technical Institute.

My daughter Victoria is currently enrolled at Coastal Carolina University.

My family is a long time member of St Luke`s Lutheran Church, where my mother-in-law

Devona Jill serves on multiple committees.

I am a 1981 Graduate of Bethel Park Senior High School, Western Pennsylvania.

I am a 1985 Graduate Washington & Jefferson College with degrees in multiple fields. I earned in excess of 148 credits in arts and sciences.

I am the 1994 Washington & Jefferson College Entrepreneur of the Year.

I was elected to and served on The Washington & Jefferson College Board of Trustees.

I am a past recipient of the Ernest-Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

I am the past President of The Harness Owners of America. As President I negotiated legislation that supported and has provided hundreds of millions of dollars to the Agricultural Industry in the States that have Pacing, Trotting and Thoroughbred Horses.

I have counseled hundreds of potentially violent young men and tried to get them to turn away from the street. I consider my greatest success Dejuan Blair who currently plays for The San Antonio Spurs.

1985-1997 Founder and Chief Operating Officer of ATI Communications: An independent Telecommunications company which sold, serviced and maintained business telephone, voicemail and cellular systems and products.

My primary responsibilities included building and training 100+ retail and kiosk sales and management teams. ATI grew to over $60,000,000 in annual sales prior to being acquired by the following companies in 1996-1997:

Comcast Cable Company acquired our Philadelphia and New Jersey operations. An affiliate of Southwestern Bell acquired our Washington D.C., Baltimore, Virginia and Maryland operations. Applied Digital Solutions acquired our Pittsburgh and Harrisburg operations.

1997-1999...Acquired and operated Boyle & Lane Cadillac which became All Star Cadillac in Pittsburgh acquired by The Arnoni Group in 1999.

1997-1999...Acquired and operated Monongahela Buick-Pontiac and GMC Truck which became All Star Pontiac, Buick and GMC Truck acquired by The Arnoni Group in 1999.

1997-2001...Founded and operated All Pro Daewoo in Pittsburgh acquired by Vasko Dodge in 2001.

2002-2011...Consulted and providing administrative oversight to various companies in the automobile and light trucks sales and financing industry in Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

Present...StoneMor Partners, LLC. dba StoneMor Cemetery Products, I am responsible for presenting and planning cemetery products and services. I have consistently exceeded $40,000 in pre-need planning monthly.

I excel in the industry and because StoneMor has no locations within a reasonable commute I ask for immediate consideration for a position with Florence County Memorial Gardens.

My education in the religion, philosophy and psychology allows me to communicate in a manner that is compassionate and proper, because of this I find it easy to establish trust and relationship with the families I serve.
