Provide team-leading experience with positive results and consistently pass the Security Department`s Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA) audits successfully on a $1.6B/year contract.

Business Development: Main effort in $1.5M new revenue in Djibouti/Afghanistan by providing continuity and internal customization programs for Biometric Automated Toolset System (BATS), Personnel and Vehicle Backscatter services to the USG. Saved USG millions of dollars by augmenting qualified civilian contractors.

Project and Program Management: Senior managed KBR LOGCAP III Security operations in three African countries simultaneously, Iraq and two regions simultaneous with LOGCAP IV DynCorp International (DI). Managed sourcing, integration, and implementation of safeguards to protect personnel; 100% of projects on time, on budget, exceeding executive`s and customers intent.

International Operations Experience: Harmonize, coordinated and interlinked Security operations with employees, Property Department, Safety, Law Enforcement, Intelligence Agencies, Base Defense Operation Cells, USG, Site Leadership, and Project Managers in Djibouti, Kenya, Ethiopia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and UAE. DYNCORP INTERNATIONAL (JUNE 2010-PRESENT): AREA SECURITY MANAGER

DI is a global government services provider in support of U.S. national security and foreign policy objectives, Fort Worth Texas.

Analyze, orchestrate, and direct Physical Security, Force Protection (FP) solutions for DI LOGCAP IV across 24 camps in Afghanistan.

Directly lead a Regional Security Manager, Supervisors, and Coordinators consisting over 140 security personnel on a project with over 3000 personnel daily. Manage BATS program as a FP multiplier, operations, investigations, Threat Vulnerability Reports, Security Assessments, and Threat/Risk Analysis.

Oversee and verify DI intra-theater Loss, Theft, Damage, and/or Destruction (LTDD) of USG property to include report root cause per approved Property Control Procedures.

Excellent understanding of contingency operations in a high hazard environment, resilient knowledge of BLS functions, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Property Management & Operational principles in a contingency environment.

Troubleshoot, gap analyze, and implement corrections to bring weak performing operations/security activities into compliance and to excellence.

Assist the FP and Intelligence activities within a diverse NATO and host-nation community in a war zone.

Instrumental in protecting classified material in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Operation Manual (NISPOM) regulations and policies resulting in least NISPOM violation within theater.

Processed, revalidated, and managed over 200 security clearance applications (EPSQ/SF86/e-Qips).
