Lab Technician Quality Control
Worked as a Quality Control professional. Duties included microbiology, Plating, reading of plates, Safety, Bio-security, GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, sanitation, CIP, calibration of lab equipment, pest control, SQF, PPE, and testing for antibiotics and bacteria in dairy products. All milk raw and pasteurized, orange juice, and water. Worked close with production, State and FDA certified. Quality was the focus of my job, which included all aspects of the plant. Provided customer service to the dairy farmers, the trucking companies, and to their drivers regarding transportation and quality control concerns regarding clean lab standards for dairy production. Work well with others and as an individual contributor. The plant operates 24/7, subsequently very dependable, and was available to work shifts on-call.

Worked as a quality assurance inspector. Quickly promoted to Quality supervisor of the department. My responsibility was to ensure proper training to new-hires and re-hires.
