I was also responsible for identifying/training those key associates that were not performing standards and develop a specific training plan to improve their performance.

Designed specific shrink plans for each store in my 2 districts. In 2001, my two districts (Asheville #1 and Hickory #3) posted the best shrink percent out of 92 districts in the company.
