Contracts Manager, Senior-level Programs

* Oversaw three indirect reports in executing timely and effective proposal submittals, negotiations, issuance of NDAs and PIAs, correspondence, and definition of FFP, CPFF, CPIF, and T&M contracts and equitable adjustments; programs range from less than $1M to more than $100M. Served as the liaison between Contracts and Legal and the focal point between internal management and customers. Managed program contracts; served as the point of contact for GPS III (Space and Control Segments) working through Boeing as the prime contractor for the U.S. Air Force, GCCS ground station and GEO satellite navigational systems working with Lockheed Martin as the prime contractor for the FAA, and the MSAS Program with NEC, Japan working with the Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB).
