A s Head of School (Superintendent), had specific responsibility for entire educational program including Preschool to Grade 12

for the Pudong area of Shanghai. Supervised two principals (lower and u pper division) and a staff that included vice -principals,

g uidance/counseling staff, teachers, and a wide array of support staff.

A s Deputy Headmaster (Assistant Superintendent), mastered broad oversight of technology, assessment, and human resources

fo r a system of 3 schools and1600 students.

A s Director of Technol ogy and Assessment ( Director), managed all technology systems with a focus on learning integration and

assessment programs that included implementation of the NWEA Measures of Academic Progre ss (MAP) assessment system and

the adoption of a 1:1 integrated laptop program for g rades 6-12.

A s Opening Princi pal (Princi pal) for a Pre -school through Grade 12 program in the Pudong area of Shanghai, Ch ina. Opened the

s chool with 18 students and grew to 350 students over 3 years.
