Drove the entire, cross-functional, Vacaville BCP implementation process to a final score of 4.2 out of a possible 5.0.

Innovated by developing a customized tool in MS Excel to manage the multiple documentation revisions made to the BCP binder, and to keep the BCP Project Lead continuously informed on the progress made towards the BCP binders completion and review by external auditors.
