Operating HTCS registered in UK in 1974, in the US since 1984 and in California since 1989 - consulting for Fortune 500 companies. These included Applied Materials, IBM, CISCO, SAIC, nVidia, NASA, EPRI, US Navy and US Army.

Also, presented invited seminars on Silicon Valley Culture transfer in India, Singapore, Norway, Malaysia, Korea, Portugal and Mexico. During the dot.com years, evaluated 42 start-up and early stage companies for pre-IPO funding as well as advising several Silicon Valley high tech companies on vibration and noise control, diagnostics, neural networks, predictive maintenance, system characterization, strategy and Business Development. During period Nov. 2003 – April 2005 acting as executive director/CEO for a new Storage Networks Center for Kumar Malavalli, inventor and pioneer of Storage Area Network and concluding with the establishment of an endowed professorship at UCSC.

Other major consulting assignments include chairman of Advisory Council and consultant for New Century Transportation and business development for Wheels of Zeus (WOZ)

Appointed Consulting Professor by Stanford University Board of Trustees.

During 1990 – 1997, taught a graduate elective on Noise & Vibration Pollution

1998 – 2000 SOLECTRON CORPORATION, Milpitas, CA

Corporate Executive, Worldwide Strategy for New Product Introduction (NPI)

Served as Corporate Executive to develop and deploy worldwide Strategy for New Product Introduction; to coordinate over 60 Solectron sites worldwide and to effect smooth product/project transfer from NPI to volume manufacturing and from site to site. Organized a worldwide NPI conference in California. Budget for WW NPI around $2 billions.

to predictive maintenance, development of special training courses at EPRI Monitoring and Diagnostics Center and organization of major EPRI conferences in Philadelphia.

Full professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering responsible for teaching and research. Also served as director of graduate programs for Columbia and Kansas City.

Consulted in noise and vibration control and engines and later served as Vice President, Engineering Services. Anatrol Corporation operated in Cincinnati, Detroit and California.

1970 – 1985 Engineer to Director of revamp operations at Daura Oil Refinery in Iraq, Research Fellow at Southampton University in UK, R&D Director at CAV Lucas in London, Tenured faculty at Loughborough University in UK, Visiting Dean and professor of Engineering in Nigeria, British Home Office expert advisor to China, Assoc. Professor of Engineering at Western Michigan University, and the 1988 INVITED John Orr Memorial Lecturer in South Africa.
