The FEPP manager also screens the items to ensure all items are DEMIL Code -A- and that units submit complete FEPP Packages to the RCs. The RC FEPP manager ensures that RC and USFOR-A actions are synchronized in order to streamline the FEPP process to meet the goal of completing a FEPP package from start to finish in 20 days. Acquisition and Cross Servicing Agreement (ACSA) Managers are responsible for the management and oversight of the Regional Command`s ACSA program and ensuring the timely accounting and processing of CENTCOM Coalition form-35s (CC-35) to ensure cost reimbursement of applicable materiel and sustainment services provided by the US Government to our Coalition Partners, along with any other Coalition equipment support coordination issues. The ACSA managers monitor and report all multinational transactions for procedural compliance. Furthermore they coordinate ACSA actions with CENTCOM, JCS, OSD, and MND components as required and ensure implementing arrangements comply with ACSA guidelines, applicable laws and regulations.
